Examination integrity
Proctor the exam you
already wrote.
ProctoSecure wraps any Google or Microsoft Form in a monitored, full-screen shell — then files a reviewable record of what happened. Every feature included, second camera and all.
- No install
- Runs in the browser. Nothing for candidates to download.
- No screen capture
- We never see the candidate's screen, files or keystrokes.
- Auto-deleted
- Images are purged after the retention window.
Procedure
Three steps, then it runs itself.
- 01
Paste a form link
Any Google or Microsoft Form you already use. Nothing to rebuild, no question bank to migrate.
- 02
Share the proctored link
Candidates get one link. It opens a locked full-screen shell around your form and asks consent before the camera turns on.
- 03
Review the record
Every session files a Trust Score, a timeline of what happened, and the images behind it. You decide what it means.
Disclosure
What we record — and what we don't.
Candidates see this list before the camera turns on. So should you.
Recorded
Webcam stills
Photographs at random intervals, plus one before the exam begins.
Leaving the exam
Switching tabs or windows, and how long for.
Leaving full screen
Every exit, and every return.
Copy and paste
Blocked inside the shell, and logged.
Second camera
If enabled, room stills from the candidate's paired phone.
Never recorded
Your screen
No screen recording, no screenshots of your desktop.
Your keystrokes
No keylogging. Answers are typed into your institution's form, never into us.
Your files
No access to disk, browser history, or other applications.
Your answers
The form belongs to your instructor. We never read its contents.
Anything after the exam
Monitoring stops the moment the session ends.
Adjudication
A score that shows its working.
Every session is scored from the events it recorded — weighted by type, frequency and duration. The score is a triage aid, so you know which sessions deserve a look. It is never a verdict, and the evidence sits next to it.
Leaving the exam counts heaviest. A brief camera dropout counts lightly, and no single signal can drive a score to zero on its own — because flaky webcams are more common than cheating.

Terms
Every feature included. No per-feature credits.
The phone second camera costs the same as everything else: nothing extra. Plans are priced by candidates sat, so a 300-student cohort is 300 attempts — not 300 upgrades.
Questions
Asked before buying.
- Do candidates need to install anything?
- No. The exam runs in the browser on a desktop or laptop. If you enable the second camera, the candidate scans a QR code and their phone opens a web page — there is no app to download.
- Can it stop someone cheating?
- No proctoring tool can, and we will not claim otherwise. ProctoSecure raises the cost of casual cheating and files evidence a human can review. It is honest deterrence, not surveillance theatre.
- How long do you keep the recordings?
- Images are deleted automatically after the retention window (30 days by default). The score and the event timeline are kept as a lightweight record.
- Can I try it before paying?
- Yes — take one proctored exam yourself, free. Create an exam, sit it as a candidate, and see exactly what a student sees: the disclosure screen, the locked shell, the phone pairing, and the record it files. Running it on a class needs a plan.
- How is it priced?
- By candidates sat, not by feature. Every plan includes an allowance of attempts per month — one attempt is one candidate sitting one exam — and every feature is on from the start. A 300-student cohort is 300 attempts, so a single monthly exam for that class fits the smallest plan; weekly assessments for it need a larger one.
- What does the Trust Score actually mean?
- It weighs violations by type, frequency and duration into a 0–100 figure. It is a triage aid so you know which sessions to look at — never a verdict on a person.
